Historical VAT Funding. Until last year any debts due to HMRC were treated as unsecured creditors in insolvency. A change in the law now means an HMRC claim ranks ahead of any floating charges that might be linked to a debenture attached to WIP. Spreading the costs of VAT arrears over a 12-month period will help avoid this.

There is limited availability for historical VAT funding.

Annual VAT and Tax funding for which we will approve an annual VAT and or Tax liability cost for the year without the need for on-going financials at competitive rates. Payments can be made direct to HMRC or the practice (subject to status, further terms and conditions apply).
